Terms and Conditions

Last updated: July 23, 2026

These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Multilocale, including its website, applications, APIs, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations (collectively, the Service). The Service is operated by Waiterio LLC (we, us, or our). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Accounts and authorized use

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and ensure that anyone you authorize to use your workspace follows these Terms and applicable law. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and authorized connections.

Your workspace and translation content

You retain ownership of the translation content and other information you provide to the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and translate that content to provide and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and request translations.

AI translation and MCP integrations

The Service may use AI translation providers to generate translations and may make authorized workspace information and actions available to AI clients through MCP. Review a client's requested scopes before connecting it, and review AI-generated translations before relying on them in a product or publication. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • violate applicable law or another person's rights;
  • interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
  • submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content; or
  • reverse engineer, scrape, or automate the Service except through documented features and APIs.

Fees and subscriptions

Paid features, pricing, and billing intervals are presented before purchase. You are responsible for applicable fees and taxes. We may change prices or plans prospectively with reasonable notice; any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Waiterio LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or other proprietary materials except as needed to use the Service.

Suspension, termination, and liability

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users, or third parties, including for a material breach of these Terms or applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is and as available. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date. For questions about these Terms or the Service, contact us at info@multilocale.com.
